Hi I’m from Venezuela, I am also presenting the error, the plugin is not sending emails to new registered users. Two days ago it sent them , but know it’s not working

I have the same issue! The test-emails do work, but new users get nothing.
In my case disabling the plugin doesn’t even restore the default e-mail sent by WordPress. Bit of an issue.
Edit: never mind, standard e-mail is restored after I disable the plugin. So the issue is simply that with the plugin enabled the welcome e-mail is not sent, even though sending a test-email from the settings page does work.

Having the same issue here. I’m using Postman SMTP and I can see in the logs it fires the admin email when a user registers but it doesn’t send the welcome email. Again, the test email on the settings panel is working fine.

Probably the main reason is that the function wp_new_user_notification() in wp_includes\pluggable.php is very different since in WP 4.3+ from that in WP 4.2.5.
