 * Greetings David. I want to say I was very pleased to see Footnotes in the list
   of plug-ins, on some of my sites, awaiting my approval for update.
    Thanks for
   picking up this great plug-in. I’ve tried to find alternatives (after noticing
   it was rarely updated), but didn’t come across any suitable contenders.
