    Hallo,

    sobald ich die angelegte Geschenke Katergorie bearbeiten möchte, habe ich nur noch eine weiße Seite.

    Was kann ich tun? Ich würde das Plugin gerne einsetzen.

    PHP – 5.6
    Wordpress Version – 4.7
    WooCommerce Version – 2.6.9
    Theme – Storefront

    Zusätzlich nutze ich noch das Plugin – WooCommerce Germanized Pro
    falls das relevant ist.

    Wir werden es mit den angegebenen Einstellungen überprüfen und mit WooCommerce Germanized Pro testen, und wir werden so schnell wie möglich bei ihnen zurückmelden.

    We tested Giftable with StoreFront (and WooCommerce Germanized) – and didn’t notice any issues,
    could you please enable and include your DEBUG_LOG here (Pastebin, gist) so we can investigate more.

    After the test of cloned site, we couldn’t find anything wrong with a giftable plugin, woocommerce or storefront – as (cloned site) is working without mentioned issues.

    – The log shows that there are other plugins (with errors + notices), so the only thing that could produce a white screen, in this case, is the lack of memory – or – that server firewall is blocking URL.

    Ich muss mich wirklich noch mal bedanken! Das Team von Decom hat wirklich ganz viel Geduld gehabt und jede Möglichkeit ausprobiert. Der Fehler liegt definitiv an meiner WordPress Installation. Nachdem wir den Shop neu aufgesetzt haben, geht das Plugin nun auch. 😉

    Daumen hoch – ich habe bisher noch nicht so ein hilfreichen Support kennengelernt!
