weird tags but not for all users

HI!
i see this a while now, but for some users when mentioning another user the editor adds some tags?
For example:
https://photos.smugmug.com/TwinTop-Forum/i-6CtMcQG/0/MMhhvNT3PPRWVvt2cf22bCxHxSXtN8qRjJsB5hS4z/M/mention-M.jpg
This is a non moderator user. For me as a moderator i never get these extra tags, but not all users get these tags…can someone explain why these get there, and how i get rid of them? thanks
