weird stuff

So I have this popup box that says to check out the new use of the seo plugin and to check out the new gallery upload look and when I click the x to dismiss it does nothing. And now that I have upgraded when I go into a new page that has a password and I want to change the password, I click edit and it just jumps the page down but won’t open the area in which I can make the change. Please help asap as I use this as my business page.
