weird sounds bites when going to my site

    This has only happened 2 or 3 times but sometimes I open my wordpress blog and I get a sound effect that is a loud rumbling followed by other weird noises. Lasts about 6 or 7 seconds. Have no idea what it is or where it’s coming from. Any suggestions?

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – using another computer

    I actually just emailed my brother to see if he gets this and he got it on the first open. So it’s not the computer. I’ll check the plug-ins. This may be difficult though as it doesn’t happen all the time.
