Looked at their website and they have a strange pricing system . Credit system ?¿? As I said, weird. Finally settled with a fixed price (no credit, tokens or lolipops) option that is straightforward and not confusing as this one.

Unfortunately, in my experience at least, when you go to a page you want to understand in 1 minute what’s all about and how much it is going to cost you, without entering long documentation on how it works. If I had to do this for every plugin, I would be the whole morning busy trying to understand how they work. Who has time for that before deciding. Once you choose your option, you can go deeper into details.

If how it works and costs cannot be explained in two sentences it is usually not worth the hassle, and you will usually get unexpected “surprises” down the road. In this case, I guess with the pricing.

I think you have to make your front page much more transparent and useful to understand how your systems works and is priced.

    Kind regards
