Weird permalink enconding

    So my problem is with my permalinks, when I link it e.g on Facebook it encodes the title right with all the special characters but the summary/post entry part is missing the special characters and puts in some other letters.
    Is there some quick fix for this some plugin or something to edit the summary part, or maybe even remove that part from the link?
    And btw characters are ščćđž

    umm bump
    could anyone help please, is there some code to change or delete the facebook/twitter text that shows up?

    edit: for clarification,e.g i publish my post i can see the right thumbnail and the title of the post right, its just the summary part that is shown with wrong characters. dont know the reason for that becuase it says UTF-8 pretty much on every file i have so i have no idea.
