Weird Issue When Someone Fills In A Drip Email Form?

Once someone enters their name and email address and clicks on the button to take them to the next page it shows this wording on a blank page for a couple seconds before it forwards them to the new page? https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/cleantalk-spam-protect/

How can I turn that off so it will just take them to the other page without that popping up before they go to the page they get sent to which is this page here:
