Weird formatting in footer

    Hello! For some reason, when I try to put any of the Caldera forms in the footer of this site I’m building, I end up with some very strange extended long formatting of the form. See “Join Our Newsletter” form in the footer of any page.

    I’ve tried removing all custom css, issue remains the same. I’ve tried disabling all plugins except Caldera forms, issue remains the same. Any thoughts how I can fix this? You can see the exact same form appears on other pages in the sidebar and the formatting is normal. Example here: https://new.ausdancevic.org.au/contact/news/ (in the sidebar).
