weird exerpt coming up on Facebook link post

Can anyone help me to work out what’s causing my facebook links from my blog to come up with this, rather than the excerpt I used to get:

I am using Gregs High Performance SEO and Share and Follow – both up to date. I’ve deactivated each of them, but it still comes up on Facebook with this Share stuff. There’s nothing else I’m using that seems relevant.

Help! I’m losing readers because that text is so offputting.
