Weird error oEmbed didn't fully work

    Very weird Oembed didnt work at some first line, even single url
    WP 3.5.1 clean install, no plugins, twenty twelve.
    please take a look
    Oembed perform really random, regular iframe embed is working correctly
    but i need oembed to work consistenly

    highly appreciated for any inputs, i tried to find any resolve / topics but cant find any.
