Weird default missing icon on any images/logo

Hello, I like the concept but unfortunately it doesn’t work well for the layout. There’s default missing pic icon everywhere (the icon like when a pic is not load) ; overlap behind my logo, my navigation menu (I’m using icon on my menu), thumbnail pics and even on Google Map. Its also ruined the layout composition that somehow my texts got big gap on each paragraph.
