Weird Conflict with BP-Reshare

    Hi,

    Although it is an old plug-in, BP-Reshare remains (incredibly) the only way to reshare BuddyPress activities. It works perfectly with Activity Plus, except for one weird issue: if you reshare an uploaded image, and you later delete the reshare, the image in the original post gets deleted too. This does not happen with embedded images, or videos/links. It seems your plug-in interprets the reshare delete as an instruction to delete the uploaded image. Your image deletion routine should be better protected from the deletion routines of other plug-ins.

    Hello ljmac,

    Can you check if you have enabled option “Clean images” in Activity+ Settings?
    I was able only to replicate this issue on my site only when that option is enabled.
    If its not images are not deleted.

    Of course I will report that issue to our developer as this should not happen either way.

    Hi Kasia,

    I confirm you are correct. However, I want to have “clean images” enabled for when people actually do delete the original activities.
