Weird apache log appearing after using this plugin

Hi,

I’ve started trying this plugin out and i’ve seen these in the webserver logs:

'groups' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

There are 2 different webservers that both are experiencing the same issue, what could be triggering this?

It seems it even crashes the webserver every now and then too which isn’t good:

Parent: child process 1532 exited with status 255 -- Restarting.

Any ideas?
