Weird “” Symbold showing up in my posts?

Here is a sample sentence from my blog:

“Who would have thought three different huge mirrors would look so good in one room?”

What is this  symbol and why am I getting it? I have wp installed in conjunction with zen-cart, if that makes any difference.
