    Hi,

    I am using your plugin for UPS shipping.

    I am facing this issue for weight.

    UPS Live Rates: Failure: The maximum per package weight for the selected service from the selected country or territory is 150.00 pounds. (111035)
    UPS Live Rates: Failure: The maximum per package weight for the selected option is 44.00 pounds. (112119)

    Can you please let me know how can I resolve it.

    Hello @sharma2526,

    This information comes back from the UPS API.

    It means that the UPS Services have limits for the package weight and if you want to sell products above 44/150 pounds to some territories, you need to use the UPS Freight services.

    Right now, we don’t support them in our UPS Free plugin, but I will inform my team that you reported this need. If we provide this feature, we will inform you about it here.

    Please note that some of these weight limits problems, you are able to avoid in the UPS PRO version plugin.

    By using Parcel Packing Method – Pack into custom boxes allows you to choose which packages you want to use. You can choose one of standard UPS package or set your own custom box. It also allows you to set box weight and padding, that will be deducted from max weight and dimensions of the package. The products in the basket will be adjusted in order from the smallest to the largest to the selected package types.
