weight based shipping methof failing on website

I have weight based shipping methods installed on my website. And parcels below 1000 grams are cheaper than above 1000 grams. All the uitems that do not fit in a small parcel are stated on the website as 1010 grams. But for our foreign customers it is still possible to choose the cheaper rate below 1000 grams for their orders. But when i check the order onnline, prentending to be the foreign customers, I do not get the option to chooce between the cheaper parcel costs. It is costing me a lot of money to send for the expensive parcel rate and peopole do not pay for that rate. It worked fine in the beginning, but after een update of the plugin it doesn’t function properly. Please help.

Hi @m2baitandtackle,

I’m sorry that you’re experiencing issues with the weight-based Flexible Shipping rules.

May I kindly ask you to turn on the WooCommerce Shipping Debug Mode and the Flexible Shipping Debug Mode?

Then in the checkout page, please change the country and check the Debug Mode notifications. If it’s still not clear how the calculation for each country works, then please share screenshots of your shipping zone configuration screen and information shown in your Debug Mode notifications.

Hello Piotrek,

Do I disconnect the debug mode again?

Also I have some screenshots for the issue. 2 are of my settings, and when I pretend to be a French customer it works fine, as you can see in another screenshot of my cart.

Also one is from the order for the French customer. He could order with the cheaper amount, when the cap is listed as 1100 grams, which should automatically mean that the cheaper rate should not be available.

where do i email the logs to.
