 * Just emailing to see if your ‘Under Construction Page’ supports the WeChat plugin,
   where a user can click the WeChat logo and my QR Code pops up to be scanned by
   the user?
 * If not, do you know of any other ‘Under Construction’ plugins that support WeChat
   functionality?

    No, unfortunately, we don’t support WeChat in that way. While you could 
   add a QR code to the page the whole functionality you described is not available.
   I also don’t know of any other plugins that have that.

   it so far so it won’t have a high priority.
