# Webvisor doesn't work

 * Hello,
 * i am ruinning your plugin on my website and for some reasons webvisor stats is
   not visible in backoffice,
 * when i enteer to that chapter in yandex backoffice, i have error message
    “There
   is no data with the selected criteria or WebVisor is not enabled in counter settings”.
   i see in html code that webvisor is “true”, but no stats.

 * p.s.
    i am using another plugin on my other site and it works fine.
