We don’t have a typical cPanel with our hosting, websynthesis.com, so I asked them to setup the new domain as an alias. Following is their reply:

“We can add the domain as an alias, but you will need to take care of configuration and set of this plugin as we cannot provide high-level support for third-party plugins that we did not write and that our staff has little experience with. We are, of course, happy to install any approved configurations on the server.

If you run into any problems, my advice would be to contact the plugin developer. Especially if it is a premium plugin, part of what you paid for is the developer’s support. He or she will be able to provide much more succinct, effective advice than we will.

I have added the domain ag1.it as an alias to agilepayments.com but did not setup a redirect from ag1.it to agilepayments.com as I think it’s not needed.

You will need to change ag1.it’s A record to 205.186.154.230 so that it will point to the same server as agilepayments.com.

    Thanks! “

I then created an A record and pointed to their IP mentioned and setup the plugin settings as specified. Not working. Could this be because we are not using customer name servers? Other ideas?
