websocket slows down site

    Gents your plugin is fantastic. my site has been slow for months. literally takes about 7 to 15 seconds to load. my developers were baffled

    In the end we foudn out that it is to do with your plugin.

    And specifically when websocket is enabled. the whole site loads in like 10 seconds. when you remove this it loads in 2 seconds.

    what is the issue with websocket and how can the the performance be improved?

    what happened to the ajax option, i can no longer click this option why?

    ajax is only available in free version

    Thats not what the description of the plugin says: please see your description, Ajax or websocket. can you re enable ajax as web socket slows my site down.

    websocket features not works with ajax.
    you need downgrade to free version to use it.

    last week i could choose websocket or ajax on the premium version. why shoudl i have to downgrade to choose ajax, every premiul plugin should be backward compatible and be able to choose all the functions of the free plugin.

    if you will use websocket version with ajax enabled you will pay for nothing, you should unsubscribe and use ajax version. or contact me via email to find your problem with performance.
