Website working but my phpbb forums are gone please help!

Can anyone please help with my embarrasing techie problem?

My club website http://www.warringtonwarlords.com appears to be working fine but the forums are dead, the link takes you to a blank white page 🙁

I think it may be because the script is out of date, the only way I can get into the inner workings to check and update is, bottom right of main page, log in link, now the more embarrasing part- I cannot remember my log in details (even though I’m certain what my username was it won’t access it and attempting to reset it won’t acknowledge my email either 🙁

WordPress.org who are hosting have no contact details at all for technical support (or anything else for that matter!)

Bottom line is I need techie help please! I’m totally stuck here trying to get forums working. If anyone can help I will supply as many details as I can to get you in, thanks in advance…

Looks like you need to contact your provider. The white screen usually means something is wrong with the php code.

I would think you should try the phpbb forums, it’s their code.

thanks for the swift reply! So the problem is with the phpbb end of things? im not very good at this stuff as you can tell! not sure how i managed but the website and forums were all done by me, sorting hosting, designing it adding forums etc Its just 2 years later I cant remember how to do it!
