Website won't update after Log out

my website is http://www.austhailegal.com Everything works well except for my home page. When logged in it loads perfectly but when logged out it loads a previous version. I have emptied the cache yesterday and still the same result. I am using an existing page and changed the settings in Reading. If you click on other links you can see they have all uploaded my home page is still a dog.
