# Website will not open

 * callawaycars.com will not open. I haven’t done anything recently to cause a problem.
 * Contacted Go Daddy yesterday. They disabled Permalinks and told me it worked 
   properly . They told me to install w3 Total Cache and Lazy Load, which I did 
   along with enabling Permalinks. It would allow loading the home page after a 
   long while and then none of the links worked. Changed Permalink settings. Removed
   those plug-ins and reinstalled WP Super Cache. No change. Then today, when the
   site was called up, a Maintenance Mode message was displayed. I deleted the maintenance
   file in the site folder to remove that alert, but the site won’t open at all.
   Finally, I restored the site from a Feb 23 version with GoDaddy’s FTP File Manager.
   That didn’t help either. GoDaddy says it’s a WordPress issue – nothing’s wrong
   at their end. Can WordPress help?

 * Deactivate all plugins and revert to Twenty Twelve theme and see if the problem
   persists. If that does not help, manually reinstall WordPress, excepting wp-content.
 * Backup everything (including database) beforehand.

 * Thanks for your response. Apparently, it must have been a Go Daddy issue, as 
   all is running fine now. They must have fixed.
