    I have a WordPress blog; that is, I used to have a WordPress blog. I am in a complete panic because, I cannot find my website on the Internet. The problem is my hosting service. I have Hostazar. Its servers must be down (again). I have sent several urgent e-mails and there has been no response.
    My question: Does anyone have any advice for dealing with an unresponsive hosting service? What would you do, in this case?

    First check http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ to see if it’s just you or everyone.

    Then wait till the site is back up and download EVERYTHING (the database, the php/public_html code, everything)

    And then? Find a new host. If they keep going down and you can’t get a response, vote with your feet.

    Personally I refuse to do business with someone who doesn’t have a damn phone number I can call for emergencies.
