 * I went to have a look at my website smrawlingsgas.co.uk and it has vanished I
   have contacted fasthosts and the domain is fine,any help would be appreciated
   also I am not an expert on these things.

 * Are you able to access your Dashboard?
 * If not, [deactivate all plugins](http://www.mhthemes.com/support/troubleshooting-wordpress/#deactivating_plugins)
   using an FTP client, like [Filezilla](https://filezilla-project.org/), by **renaming
   your plugins folder to plugins-old**, this may grant you access to your Dashboard
   again.
 * If you can, try activating the default **TwentySixteen** theme to see if it is
   an issue with your theme.
