Website Traffic Flatlined – What Could Be Wrong?

  • Hi, I have installed the “All in One Seo Pack” for my WordPress Website. A week ago I had about 12 hits per day but the last 5 days I have had 0 visitors according to Google Analytics which I find impossible to believe. What could be the cause of this? I thought WordPress blogs were better at SEO than a regular website but my regular website is generating a lot more traffic now. 🙁 What if anything can I do to correct this so I can know if my site has an SEO problem?

Could the plugin “All in One SEO Pack” be broken or something. I just left the default settings and added keywords and they say that should do it. Is there a way I can test to see if I am getting traffic?

    I appreciate any help.

  • This plugin dev.’s website has some tips, etc. on how to get more traffic…That said, an older site with unique content will typically have more traffic.

Thanks yes I will look more thoroughly into the dev’s tips, but what confuses me is that my site has no hits at all. If I am adding new posts and content then shouldn’t I be getting some traffic?

This is wholly dependent on site content.
