Website tooo slow!! help!

Hello guys, i want to start growing my site again, but i cant help to notice it takes awfully long for my site to fully display. Click My Site

I dont mind starting fresh and deleting the content in there but if you guys had any tips or pointers as to reducing the slowness of my site i would greatly appreciate that.

im currently using Host gator, not sure if that would matter but if any one recommends a faster hosting service im all ears !
