A client’s website (built with Elementor) stopped working properly on Safari and partially on Chrome.

It used to work well both on Chrome and Safari but now the buttons, menu items and some parts of the site (some images) are not visible and broken even though no one has made any changes.

Plugins are normally updated automatically. I regenerated the CSS via Elementor and cleared the WP cache via WP Rocket. Any other ideas why it may have stopped working properly?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello
Not sure what is wrong with your website but i have check and it works, i only have found a couple of things that would be good to improve.
1.On home page there is too much blank space between content which makes tooo much to scroll.
2.The search icon when pressed it forwards to a search page which is not good behavior, the search must be available directly in the menu when it is pressed.
3.Also the colors of menu buttons on home page don’t look well over the image, change them to something more lighter would be better.
4.the product image is not displaying when i enter the product page.
Hope this helps you, if not you should try contact Elementor support in that specific support forum.
P.s. i use Epic and Iridium browsers.

There is too much white space and product images are not appearing because of this issue. Normally everything is in place.

Also thanks for the user experience suggestions but I need a technical solution to this issue.

    Hi @socialinfluenceco,

Have there been any recent updates that might’ve caused this (of any plugins)?

Have you tried disabling all plugins on your site to see if it is a clash between two plugins?

With automatic updates, issues like this can occur as plugins are known to clash and ocassionally contain bugs. Although it is great for security, if you experience a lot of problems like this – you may want to consider regularly running updates manually when you can roll back if there is a problem.

    Kind Regards,

Just a redirection from .at and .com domains but I don’t think that would be the reason. I tried disabling/enabling all plugins so it’s not about it either.

I found out that some media and pages have been deleted even though no one made any changes. I could republish the pages but I can’t find the media, and the page looks broken on Safari (buttons disappeared, the navigation menu is not clickable and some blocks disappeared)

    Hi @socialinfluenceco,

It sounds like your WordPress installation might be faulty/corrupt? Have you tried giving it a reinstall to see if that helps at all?

    Kind Regards,
    Tim
