Website stopped loading

    Hi there,

    We’ve been using this plugin for about 2 years and has worked really well. However, about 3 hours ago our website stopped loading. It gave a WordPress error. As soon as I deactivated this plugin the site works fine… except without the responsive menu.

    I haven’t updated anything on the website for about 24 hours so not sure what has happened in that time. Are there any known conflicts with other plugins?

    Hi,

    I request you to please check for plugin or theme conflict. To do this, disable all of the plugins at once and enable them one by one by checking which one is causing the conflict. If this does not resolve the issue, change the website’s theme to another theme and check whether the issue is resolved or not.
