    Hi, I have follows the steps to backup & migration plugin & it gives me that the process done successfully, but website not run

    The restoration log seems to have finished, and your site is online.

    Can you please provide as much details on what is wrong?

    Hi,

    No the website should be looks like the old website http://parksidevillagedental.com/

    currently it’s default WordPress theme

    The majority of the content seems to be missing, so I guess that incomplete backup was made on the source site.

    Please create another backup on the source site, and make sure it has everything included – in the plugin section “What should be backed up?”

    After that, please use that new backup file for the restoration.
