Hi
In the settings page in each of the four preview windows there is a sad google face and the message that thesquareatupminster.co.uk refused to connect.
Hope you can help.

Sorry, should have also said that (presumably because of this) I cannot use any of your design templates/change element colours, etc

I have checked the link( https://thesquareatupminster.co.uk/events/ ) you have shared. In this link, you are not using our The Events Calendar Shortcode and Templates Addon.
Please share a website specific link where you added our plugin shortcode.

I have just found that iThemes Security was blocking the preview.
