  • Hello @sadike25

    I have checked your website and its showing “Error establishing a database connection”.

    You need to check all the root files, plugins and themes. I think your website is infected with some js script.

    I just uninstalled the wordpress with the hope it will be resolved. But still it redirects to a porn website on my mobile phone. This issue is when you open the link on mobile. Please assist me.
    Thanks.

    Hello @sadike25

    Its something like your site having some malware code. Have you downloaded and installed any plugin OR theme from non-trusted website?

    Hello @sadike25

    Please scan your website with Wordfence Security plugin

    Hello @sadike25

    If your WordPress website is infected with malicious redirects, check the following areas for suspicious code:

    * Core WordPress Files
    * index.php
    * index.html
    * .htaccess file
    * theme files
    * header.php (in the themes folder)
    * footer.php (in the themes folder)
    * functions.php (in the themes folder)

    Few instances of malicious code presence which resulted in randomly redirects visitors to malicious sites on hacked WordPress sites.

    Header.php Injection : n general, the malicious code of 10 to 12 lines is inserted in header.php of the WordPress website.

    * Malicious code inserted in footer
    * Malicious code inserted in themes header.php file

    I dont see the website folder for under file manager. Meanwhile when i try to do a new wordpress installation it says the directory exist.
    Also, I have uninstalled the wordpress on the domain. Now i want to get rid of everything including the domain but my hosting provider is not helping me.
    Thanks.

    Hello @sadike25

    There is not any issue with your domain.

    Relax and open the FTP of your website.

    Step-1 : Check all WordPress root files prefixed with wp-.
    Step-2 : Delete wp-admin and wp-includes folder
    Step-3 : Take a backup of wp-config.php file and delete all files prefixed with wp-
    Step-4: Download latest copy of WordPress and upload all wp-admin, wp-includes folder + all files prefixed with wp-.

    Step-5: Check your theme files and try to find out infected files.
    Step-6: Re-install all plugins.

    Have you scanned website with Wordfence Security plugin?

    Thanks so much for your assistance @anoopranawat. The issue here is that I am totally new to website design especially wordpress. I am not able to follow these instructions you have given me. I just want to have only the domain or better still loose the domain and everything associated with it. I dont want it to be redirected to a porn website when my customers visit it on mobile phones.
    Interestingly, all the addon domains (8 domains) I installed wordpress on are not working anymore. the only 3 websites that are working are redirecting to different websites. the rest opens blank pages.
    These websites below redirects to some websites:
    http://dexplora.com/
    http://acmatd-gh.com/
    http://egouscompany.com/
    This opens a blank page:
    http://acmatd-gh.com/
