Website redirected too many times

Hi,

I recently got a call from our host saying that many of our files were being modified, so I installed this plugin to protect us. I kept getting notifications that files were being changed (although I couldn’t find any changes), so I checked that you couldn’t write to files.

Now my website is down, saying the page isn’t working as it has been redirected too many times. Before this every time I tried to log in as http://www.jandg.ca/wp-admin, it redirected me just to http://www.jandg.ca.

I can’t change my wp-config file due to the setting I think in iThemes Security plugin. I can’t figure out how to fix this issue. I’ve contacted our host, the original web developers (I’m a designer, and not a back end developer), but so far no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
