Website Pages and Admin Dashboard are enlarged

Hello,

After doing some database changes to my site I have an issue with the admin dashboard and webpages appearing to be zoomed in when they were not like this previously. I’ve read around the forums and found a few threads with solutions but none of the following worked for me:
-My web browser is not zoomed in
-I have cleared my cashe/cookies
-I have used multiple browsers on different devices

I see a solution to re install the wp-admin folder but am curious if it will make any changes to my website theme or will it just reformat the dashboard on the backend. Does anyone have any other advice or recommendations?
