Website page won’t load, download.gz file created instead

    Hi, my website won’t load. When I try to load it, I get a download file (download.gz) instead. It seems intermittent: sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. I’m no tech expert and I really don’t know why this might be happening. I’d really appreciate any help – especially if you’re willing to help someone who doesn’t understand coding etc.

    If it’s downloading it may sound like it could be a server configuration. Have you reached out to your host about that? That is what I would do.
