My Website works just fine on computers and tablets, but is not working on Mobile phones. When I type in my website on a mobile device it takes me straight to the home page but does not allow me to access any other part of my website. An error message appears saying " This page id is invalid or does not exist" or just simply redirects me back to the home page. This is not ok.
    This is my website http://www.cohortpromotions.com

Please help me resolve this issue.

    Hey @lovelouibell,

I just visited your website and I noticed that your permalink structure is not set-up correctly ('http://www.cohortpromotions.com/http:/cohortpromotions.com/?cat=6' < there shouldn't be another 'http:' in the omnibox).

I think the easiest way to fix this, is to:

    1. Login to your website ('..com/wp-admin/').
    2. Scroll down to settings (left-hand side).
    3. Select 'permalink.'
    4. Select 'custom permalink' and enter '/%category%/%postname%/'
    5. Save your changes.

I'm not sure if this is going to fix your menu's problem, but I think it's a step in the right direction.

    Best,

    Kenso

I followed the instructions and it is now telling me that I need to Update my .htaccess. I also tried to see see if the mobile version was working and the same error message is still popping up. I also tried using a different browser such as Google Chrome, but instead of an error message appearing, it says "404 Error"

I just simply dont understand what the problem could be.

So it looks like you have an extra "w" in your site and/or home URL. Either that or an extra http: that isn't supposed to be there. Check your site and home URL in either WordPress settings or database in the wp_options table.
