Website not opening at second trial

    Hi everyone, I have the following problem with my website:
    when I open it the first time, it works without any problem.
    when I try to open it another time, it does not load anymore.
    I tried with different browsers (Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari and my hosting company tried even others), Apple and Windows devices (both handheld and desktops) and I emptied the browser cache. Nothing worked so far.
    Did anyone have the same problem and any suggestion, what else I could try?

    Can you be more precise with what you mean by ‘not opening’?

    When I go to your website it seems to work fine multiple times.

    HI fullworks, thanks for your quick reply.
    It does not load when I try to open it a second time. On neither device. Unfortunately, I can’t upload a screenshot here. Interesting that it works for you though. Even my host confirmed that the problem exists…
    Any idea what else the problem could be?

    I just fully closed the browser, reopened the website and it worked again. I closed the site and tried reopening again and it did not open (loading with 3 dots moving).

    The site works fine for me too. I opened the homepage and then 5 more pages from the menu without any problems. Can you take a screenshot of the issue, paste it into https://snipboard.io, save and then post the link here so we can can see the issue.

    First check would be for a theme and/or plugin conflict.
    Try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/
    Then follow this guide to use the plugin’s troubleshooting mode to see if disabling the plugins and theme solves the issue. If so, enable one by one until you find the problematic plugin or theme.

    Those 3 dots looks like a javascript conflict.

    Follow this guide to try and identify any errors when all you see is the loading dots.
