I can’t log in to my hosted account.

When I try logging in it says ‘server cannot be reached’.
You need to contact your host.

No it isn’t. It appears to be hosted on an Amazon server and the name servers appear to be listed as mediatemple.net.
What do you mean by host?
Host means whoever you pay for your rented web space where your files are located. Examples: Godaddy, Bluehost, Mediatemple. ASO. etc..
Your domain name isn’t resolving. You need to contact whoever acquired your hosting account and setup your site for you and get some answers.
Contact where you registered the domain. The name servers are not resolving.
