Support » Fixing WordPress » Website not loading when logged in to the back-end

  • The site works fine and loads as it should except when I login to the back-end. All I get is the “This site can’t be reached” error with the blank screen. Other users are experiencing the same issue — which is happening on all Chrome, Safari, and Firefox on both mac and windows.
    Any help is much appreciated.
    Thanks!

I’ve just noticed that the site would load only if I empty the cache. But I have to do that every time I click to view another page. Is there a way to fix this issue because I can’t expect the users to do that every time they logged in to the back-end.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks!
