    After performing an automatic update of iMagick one cannot access the website. The user gets the message: you do not have sufficient permissions to activate the plugin.
    This problem can only be solved by renaming the Imagick plugin. That will restore the system from maintenance mode. After login the adminstrator can reinstall and activate the plugin.

    This annoying problem has occurred twice in a row now.
