As the admin of the site, when I developed the pages they all looked fine until I went live and logged out. If I create an account and log in with that account, my website looks like I want it to. If you’re not logged in the home page video header is cut off, and the home page is missing items and not formatted correctly. The Contact Us and About Us video is not maximized.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Unfortunately, you currently have your site in a coming soon mode, which is why you can’t see what you’re describing. However, I see that you are using a cache plugin: Siteground Optimizer apparently. Turn it off. If you have further questions, please contact their support forum: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/sg-cachepress/

This is a pretty common issue when using a cache plugin. The Siteground Optimizer plugin provides a feature to clear your cache when you are logged into the site. Look at the top administrative bar and click on “Purge SG Cache”. To test fully, you’ll also have to disable the Coming Soon plugin and view on another browser when not logged in.

Thank you all for your feedback. I worked with SiteGround and found out the issue. It was a setting under the SG Optimizer….Frontend ….Javascript. I disabled the Combine Javascript Files

    Good to know!
