I’m using the recommended sizes for both. When I access my website through WordPress, the logo shows perfectly fine. * But when I access the website through my Instagram bio link, everything loads but the logo. In addition, when I accessed the website through my Pinterest account earlier, same thing – logo missing. * *Actually, the logo does load; but only after you scroll a bit* * I don’t know if this related to my changing the logo and header out, but I don’t understand how that would cause this issue. But this did seem to have started after that. Because I’m using my phone when to access my account (I even have a screenshot, but there’s no option for me to upload it here) I don’t know if it’s happening just on a mobile device or what.. * Also, what particular plug-in could be causing a delay in the logo loading up? Same thing happening. I see what you mean now, and it looks like it’s being caused by a performance plugin. Phones cache very aggressively, so there’s a pretty good chance that even when you deactivated temporarily, it still loaded the cached page. * Would you mind setting up a temporary admin account for us at support (at) lyrathemes. com so we can login briefly and track down the issue for you?
