# Website login issues

 * When i type in the url to my login “www.atplaserdesign.com/wp-login.php”, I get
   an error message, “server where this page is located isn’t responding”. For the
   past month I have been getting this message on and off and have just realized
   that the issue is the WooCommerce plugin making my site inaccessible for some
   reason (my site only shows this error and is broken whenever I activate this 
   plugin). However, I still need to get in to my site in order to deactivate the
   plugin. Does anybody know a way to make this error message (server where this
   page is located isn’t responding) go away so I may login to my site?

 * extra information: I am using mac now and the error says (server where this page
   is located isn’t responding), but when I was on my PC the error message said “
   ERR_CONNECTION_TiMED_OUT”

 * Please check the error logs on your server for a more specific error message 
   and see why it’s failing. If you need help locating them, ask your hosting provider
   to help you with that.
