# Website loading slowly and all plugins missing

 * I’ve noticed over the last couple of weeks that my website ([luums.org](http://luums.org))
   has been loading really slowly, sometimes it will completely time out and say
   that the webpage can’t be loaded. I tried to log in and eventually was able to
   update wordpress (as I haven’t for a while and thought this may have been causing
   the issue) but this didn’t help. I contacted Valcato who host my server and they
   suggested that I install a supercache plugin and get rid of any plugins that 
   may be using up too much space. Once I finally managed to log into the website
   I found that all of my plugins had all completely disappeared, which apart from
   meaning I can’t uninstall some of them now means most of the website isn’t functional
   anyway! They have now said that I should seek support from wordpress, so is there
   anything that I can do?
