# Website loading issues

 * when I log on to my website it does several things
 * 1 it doesn’t seem to load through MXyMAG.com only through [http://www.MXyMAG.com](http://www.MXyMAG.com)(
   and that’s if it decides to load)
 * 2 I’m getting a lot of server memory errors, and server 500 errors (which I hopefully
   have resolved with a plug-in that increases PHP memory)
 * 3 When it does decide to load the page doesn’t load past the header of the website
   and sadly for me, today was suppose to be our big launch. It is the most helpless
   thing I’ve ever been in because I have tried most of the trouble shooting errors
   in the book including disabling themes and whatever

 * that’s the whole problem, why is it having issues with me and loads fine with
   everyone else. These are all genuinely the errors that come up.

 * subs work fine, in ie and firefox, do you have a local copy of the site running
   aswell?

 * no, not at all. It’s all live. It boggles my mind as to why I’m the only person
   who can’t see the actual site itself. What makes it bad is that I didn’t finish
   building the pages yet so I’m losing

 * It could be a plugin or theme, try renaming the folders (themes first then plugins)
   to see if you can get it at least loading with default settings.

 * I have tried the proxy in it works fine through it. Someone had told me a theory
   that ISP’s cache websites?

 * Ctrl F5 in your broswer should clear the cache
