Website loading extremely slow

Hello,
For some reason my website became really slow, it takes 30-50 seconds to load any page and before it was under 3 seconds. Disabling all plugins won’t make any difference. A assume it could be NextGen photo gallery related issue for the following reason: If I restore website from 1 month old backup it runs fast but within few hours becomes slower and slower but when I restore again and disable NextGen plugin it it runs fine. Other websites on the server are working fine. I also tried to run site speed test but it won’t run, gives me an error all the time. Any ideas on how to ID the problem and fix it?

Slowness/high CPU usage could be due to (but not limited to):
– a poor or memory intensive theme
– poor or memory intensive plugins
– your server is slow (e.g., “process hang”, overload, you get a lot of visitors, other problems, etc.).
Test your site at (free online testing) at: http://gtmetrix.com/leverage-browser-caching.html or http://www.webpagetest.org/ or http://fpt.pingdom.com/#!/bZN8il/http://www.heartsandguns.co.uk/

Thanks for this.
Just to share additional details. I tried to run tests on 3 mentioned above links but non of them managed to complete the test and show any results. Also other websites on my server are running fine.

The problem was with the latest version of NextGen plugin. After downgrading everything went back to normal. Thanks.
