Website is slow

    I have a four page website called http://www.longhaulpartner.com

    The site is agonizingly slow. For example, switching from the Home page to the About page takes 1.5 to 2 minutes.

    Any sort of editing will take 1 to 2 minutes to save.

    I cannot imagine anyone ever visiting this site twice.

    Any thoughts?

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
