website is crashing on ipad – newbie, please help

    Hello,

    I just set up a quick website but when I try to view it on my iPad, it crashes chrome and safari. I can’t even find the website on my phone.

    I have deactivated all my plugins and this hasn’t changed anything.

    Please help, I’m new to this and really need people to be able access my website.

    Hi Hannah,

    Have you tried restarting your iPad? The website works fine here on Windows and Android. You shoulld try with an other iOS device to see if that works out.

    Hello Maartenv87,

    Thank you for your reply. I can access it now from my Android phone, but I still can’t with my iPad.

    I restarted my iPad, closed all background apps and updated my version of Chrome, but it still is crashing when I try to open it! 🙁

    Any other suggestions would be much appreciated.
